1. Who we are

NsukMarket is an online marketplace for the Nasarawa State University, Keffi community, operated by SILVER LANDMARK LTD , 9266671, FCT ABUJA] ("we"). We connect buyers with independent sellers. Sellers, not NsukMarket, sell the goods, unless we say otherwise.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 to use NsukMarket, and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or breaking these terms.

3. How payment works

Buyers pay NsukMarket through our payment processors, Paystack, Moniepoint and Flutterwave. We hold the payment on the seller's behalf until the order is delivered.

Each order has a 6-digit delivery code. Give it out to the rider only when you have received your items and they are as described. Entering the code, or tapping "I received my order", confirms delivery.

After delivery there is a problem-report window (shown on your order; for example 3 hours for cooked food). If you don't report a problem in that window, the payment is released to the seller.

A service fee, shown at checkout, is charged per order. Delivery fees are set per area and shown before you pay.

4. Refunds

If a seller cancels, you get a full refund (including the service fee if nothing else in the order goes ahead).

If your order doesn't arrive, is wrong, damaged or incomplete, report it in the window. The payment stays on hold while we review both sides. We may refund in full or in part.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (usually 3–10 working days). NsukMarket has no store credit or wallet for buyers. Food and other edible items can't be refunded once they're delivered; if something is wrong with them, report a problem and our team decides. They also aren't refunded when you can't be reached at delivery after the recorded attempts (arrival, two calls and a 10-minute wait). If a card refund fails, we send it again or pay it to your bank account.

5. Sellers

Sellers are reviewed and approved by us before listing. Sellers must describe items accurately, keep stock and prices up to date, and deliver what was ordered.

We deduct a commission from each sale when the payment is released (the rate per category is shown when you apply and in your dashboard). Payouts go only to the bank account on your store; changing it requires your password.

If we refund a buyer after a payment was released, the amount is deducted from your balance, including future sales.

6. Prohibited items

Drugs and controlled substances, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, and anything illegal in Nigeria are prohibited. We remove such listings and may suspend the account and report it to the authorities.

7. Liability

We work to keep the marketplace safe, but sellers are responsible for their goods. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. Continuing to use NsukMarket means you accept the updated terms.
